Excessive charge to watch TV in the room. The cost of food and drinks in the cafeteria expensive.

Excellent facilities, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful
I think the charge for television, restaurant and beverages were very expensive and it would have been nice to have complimentary toiletries in the room especially for international travellers who only have hand luggage.

as usual found the staff pleasant and helpfull and were able to have earlz breakfast if requiered
For the first time found that the bed was not so comfortable as it creaked each time one of us moved and there was also a humming sound which was quite disturbing. We hope this was just a blip as we have stayed many times and been very comfortable

Very smooth checking in and out and staff could not have been more helpful with storing luggage and information on travelling into Luton even booking taxi for us. Will book again with Ibis

Staff were very helpful and dealt with my requests for assistance very quickly and efficiently whilst portraying that nothing was too much trouble for them. My air con wasn't working properly so they moved me within 5 minutes of me reporting the problem.
