Cannot comment, to tired on arrive due to delays on train and early departure
Noisy room because on winching gear of the lift and the overhead boxed in cavity above the shower did not allow me to wash properly. I'm 6 feet 5 inches tall

Nice and clean, fair prices, an enjoyable stay near airport 10 min walk will stay again.

Staff very pleasant and will help you. I cant say anything negative about my 2 visits to the hotel.
Maybe needs better air con in the hot summer months.

They were very efficient in reception and Wifi provided free. Rooms very quiet ,considering their proximity to the Airport.
Walking the bags back to / away from the Hotel to the Airport. Pity there's no available shuttle from /to the Hotel itself. Also the price / quality of the bar snacks. I ordered a mature cheddar cheese sandwich on our return from our late night flight and despite being asked if I wanted Brown or white bread and Chutney or not, ( and ordering brown bread with chutney) I ended up with a white bread, no chutney cheese sandwich that must have cost all of 50p to put together, and was charged £4:50 odd for it!!!!.. not good enough IBIS !!.. ..

I liked the situation of the cafe being open 24 hours a day.This meant that when I awoke at 4 a.m., feeling very hungry as I'd not had much chance to eat the day of the flight home, I was able to go & have a snack & a drink. This was really valuable to me.
The beds were very comfortable & the rooms reasonably spacious.
Having stayed with you twice now recently, on our journey out & our journey back, we experienced 3 of your rooms having an unpleasant smell coming up from the plug-hole of the sink. In the 2 rooms we actually slept in the smell was noticeable but fairly minor, but one of your rooms had an unbearably strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, again coming from the plug-hole. We asked to be moved from this smelly room, which your staff agreed to do quite quickly.I would recommend your hotel but would warn anyone about the smell.
