The girl who checked us in escorted us to our room and told us about the hotel. That was really nice. The porter who escorted us to the Eurostar and through custom was fantastic! We did not have to lift a suitcase or wait in line. That was a wonderful surprise that we did not expect!
Would be nice to have sunproof shades on the windows.

Comfortable beds and pillows. chambers club excellent and location for eurostar.this was my third stay.

The ease of access to Eurostar early in the morning!
Not really - computer system was down for checkout!

Friendly helpful staff.
Shower didnt work on arrival and then flooded in morning. routine maintenance should be improved.

Very helpful staff. Particularly appreciated them taking us and our luggage all the way to our seat on the Eurostar making a very easy start to our our journey to Paris.
It is by nature of its position in the city, quite noisy on a night but worth it for its location for anyone planning to travel on the Eurostar

We had the most amazing stay at the hotel and the atmosphere was great. all the staff was superb and very helpful the comfort of the room was spot on, had a great time thank you

Our one night stay at the hotel was great from start to finish. There was much attention to detail...eg being met at the door and bags taken to the room. The staff were very friendly and efficient. It was a great experience in a fabulous building and our dinner in the Gilbert Scott Restaurant was wonderful and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Very attentive, friendly and helpful but also discreet...excellent! Our room was exceptionally clean with good facilities although it would have been nice to have had a biscuit with our tea/coffee. The bed was very comfortable.
