The complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus. Also, the location, right next to the Warren Street underground station was fantastic. It was so convenient, and much safer than walking a distance at night. The staff was very helpful with directions and answered all of my tourist questions.

The bathroom was tiny, and very confining.

The staff are always very pleasant and professional - particularly the breakfast team. The room service food was very good The internet service was also good The breakfast food was excellent.

This was my second stay at the hotel, this time without my wife. I will be staying there on many occasions in the future as my office has jusrt relocated to number 97. The first stay was very comfortable. However, this last time the room was very unwelcoming (162 I think at the back of the hotel). I checked in at 6pm but only got a twin bed room.While the bathroom was perfectly Ok, the room was very cold on the first noght and an electric convector heater on 3 legs had been provided to top-up the heating but did not work properly. When i tried to turn up the heating fan, the noise was too much to sleep. So I had to rank the price/quality below average but I hope for better next time in March.

Het vriendelijke personeel en het goed ontbijt (met goeie cappucino in méér) De straatkant is luidruchtig, maar wij sliepen gelukkig achteraan tegenover het stille sportplein.

De onvoorstelbaar versleten matrassen. Vol tapijt is in elk hotel zéér onhygienisch en muf

De locatie. Metro, bus, trein férroiaire in de buurt. Het nabijgelegen park om te joggen in de ochtend.

Kamer 228, die ik had, komt uit op een gang niet opgenomen in een tapijt. Denk aan alle voorbijgangers voetstappen, rollend koffers, de horror! De kamer kijkt uit op een kleine straat waar het restaurant dumpen hun kooklucht!

Geschikte ligging en goede service.
