The complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus. Also, the location, right next to the Warren Street underground station was fantastic. It was so convenient, and much safer than walking a distance at night. The staff was very helpful with directions and answered all of my tourist questions.

The bathroom was tiny, and very confining.

The staff are always very pleasant and professional - particularly the breakfast team. The room service food was very good The internet service was also good The breakfast food was excellent.

This was my second stay at the hotel, this time without my wife. I will be staying there on many occasions in the future as my office has jusrt relocated to number 97. The first stay was very comfortable. However, this last time the room was very unwelcoming (162 I think at the back of the hotel). I checked in at 6pm but only got a twin bed room.While the bathroom was perfectly Ok, the room was very cold on the first noght and an electric convector heater on 3 legs had been provided to top-up the heating but did not work properly. When i tried to turn up the heating fan, the noise was too much to sleep. So I had to rank the price/quality below average but I hope for better next time in March.

I requested the bill I was told that the issue had eurobooking but I did not like the way I was told just so friendly that I have not even asked for the points because I thought as I answered chhissà

The location was ideal for us, because our sister was in the hospital and the connection was good.

The friendly staff and good breakfast (with good cappucino more) The street is noisy but we slept happily back towards the silent sports field.

The incredible worn mattresses. Full carpeting in each hotel is very unhygienic and stale

The location. Subway, bus, train férroiaire nearby. The park nearby for jogging in the morning.

Room 228, which I had, opens onto a corridor not included in a carpet. Think of all the passers footsteps, rolling suitcases, the horror!! The room overlooks a small street where the restaurant dump their cooking smells!

Suitably situated and good service.
