I only rate comfort low as when we checked in we got a very small double bed. with my partner being 6ft, he slept on the floor for the 1st 2 nights. thanks the nice indian lady at reception who then allowed us to get a larger bed so our last 3 nights were more comfortable. i think that reception staff should note such things as the heights of people and make a judgement call. noone offered at all and if that nice lady didn't help us i would have rated the SKL much much lower.

The hotel generally lives up to it's 4star rating. However, the first time I stayed here it was in room 611 that's in a separate building away from the main hotel. This room is right near the entrance to this building as well as the 'house keeping station'. It was quite noisy as the fire door (that would keep out the noise) auto-closer was not working. If you get rooms 611 or 612, make sure this door has been fixed. My second stay was in room 213 in the main building. Excellent room and no complaints...

Unkind treatment from hotel staff. During the four-night stay, not to fix the shower, reported incidence from day one. As limpiea, no days spent vacuuming the carpet in the room despite her for breakfast at the excessive price of the luncheon at the hotel. should greatly enhance the guest service and cleanliness. The location however, is perfect. Grcaias.

The staff gave me a very little room for one personne under stairs without a window. Foreing Staff (Russian ?) unpleasant.

I booked a deluxe single room but the first room they gave me was terrible and obviousely it was not a deluxe single room. The room was unbelievably small, starange shape and even there was no table and a chair because of no space. So I couldn't do any work in the room. I got discount booking, so they gave me the smallest room, I noticed later. Since the centrl heater was broken, I asked the front to change the room. The front reluctantly accepted it. The new room was very large and facility was much better than the first room (sofa, table chair microwave etc...). But the heater was also broken though I did not need to use it because the room was enough warm. The bell boys were friendly and very nice. the location was very convenient as well.

London hotels are really expensive. I went there, because my precedent hotel in Earls Couurt, 40% cheaper, was overbooked. This one is much more comfortable, but I am not sure it is 40% better.

Your hotel was perfectly suitable to us. We were visiting family very near.

Room was superb, reception area moderate, breakfast area ok.
