Good variety of decent restaurants in the immediate area.

Beds were a bit soft. no washcloths with the towels, but they got us one when we asked. Buffet breakfast is mediocre but convenient if time pressed.

Location. Clean. Price. Small, but modern bathroom. Bellman very, very nice & friendly.

Room was down in the basement with a 'fake' window. If there were a fire, it would be very hard to get out if in this room. There is a high skylight type window, but not accessible. Carpet was laid before flooring was filled in, so there were holes underneath the carpet. Air conditioner worked well, but blew down on our faces while trying to sleep, so we woke up each time the air came on.TV & internet didn't work in our room (#5) & we reported it soon after checkin, but no one ever fixed it so we had no tv or internet connection during our stay.The desk just said 'ok' and that was it.Bellman was very, very nice and friendly. Would NEVER stay here again even though cheap and clean. Creepy room.

When we arrived at the Best Western in kensington, we informed that they were doing maintenance on the room we had booked and so therefore told us there was a room for us at the the Park Grand Paddington.We were very dissapointed with the room we were given.It certainly didnt cater for two people,the bed was not a double bed, the wardrobe was very unsuitable it measured about eight inches deep so we had to leave most of our clothes in the case. We were told afterwards this was a regular thing hotels do, is to move you on if they have over booked. It was not a very good start to the weekend break we had looked forward to

I booked a room has two beds and we had a double bed and a cot that was really unpleasant and impossible changer.Je went back over there.

The internet in the common area is free which helped when ordering tickets and printing maps etc. The printer is also free. Large bowl of fresh fruit in the lobby each day.

Too much furniture (chairs) in the room. Wake up calls were not reliable. Breakfast at the hotel is much too expensive. 14 pounds per person 11.5 if booked in advance. More than double the local cafes.
