We arrived at 12 noon but were able to check in. We were upgraded so able to access the executive lounge. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The food in Carluccios was very good.

Excellent room. Great bathroom. Nice location with a country feel from the balcony.
Food first class with splendid attention.
I am too old to swim very much!!

Everything I needed was there. The bed was very comfortable. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The shower was excellent. A fridge was provided and also a safe. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
Two very minor points:
the air conditioning returned to default setting quite quickly and I could not seem to turn the fan off at night time; I woud have liked bottled water and biscuits in the room each day.
