Good location
We booked a double room but they gave us a twin. We had to pay to upgrade to a suite as there were no other rooms. Queued for 25 mins for breakfast, then had to get our own cutlery after waiting a further 10 mins to be offered coffee or any service

Poor service in the breakfast room, poor attention to detail, not english speaping fron desk staff. Poor support as a tourist. Were NOT provided our shopping voucher on check in, only when we trequested it several days later. Having to pay for internet use and NOT having wifi in the room
