The Staff were excellent, friendly and professional
There was no Car Parking but the Staff gave us advice on the best and cheapest one in the vicinity.

Location was ideal!!In very close proximity to Westfield shopping centre and great transport links nearby!!Will mosy definately stay here again!!Friendly staff!! A+

I have been with my partner for 25yrs, the Ibis was one of the first hotels we stayed at away from our three children, it was my partners 50th 28th jan, so we decided it had to be there as we had fond memories last time, plus my partners brother lives in stratford.
Unfortunately my partner left his disabled badge at home and when we asked your staff for advice, they simply said there is nowhere, you could be made much more clear to those travelling from outside london. we have £65 parking fine on top of our trip and as we drove through Morrisons, they also sent us a £50 parking fine, so not a good 50th

Bathroom suite
Two single beds joined together.
Television was very difficult to operate and sometimes goes blank.

A nice comfortable and affordable room, in a good location, was everything i needed out of it
The staff attempted to come in at 11.30 to clean the room when we left rather than at the aloted time of 12
