Staff friendly and helpful. Young Polish woman on reception dealing with many jobs at once remained calm and courteous. Overall impression of general efficiencey combined with a desire to please.

That the hotel was close to the O2 Arena and central to Greenwich, it's position was the one and only reason it was booked.
The only time we had hot water was when we had to get up at 4.30am to catch the train home. The TV didn't work as expected, for a couple, why were we given a twin bedded room? The beds and baths were small and uncomfortable. Frankly we would have complained, but we doubted there was anything the staff could do (although they were very pleasant) and for three nights it wasn't worth the stress! We will just never be staying there, (or in any IBIS ever again)

Good location
We booked through you a twin bedded room, when we got to hotel they gave a double room. Unfortunatly there was no other rooms available and we had to accept the double bedded room. My brother and I had to sleep in the same bed, we are our seventies and we havn't slept in the same bed since were about six years old: in all a very unsatifactory arrangement.The E-mail to the hotel from your goodselves clearly stated, Twin bedded room

The staff in both the IBIS and the adjoining Cafe Rouge were excellent. Helpful, attentive and good-natured. We enjoyed our stay very much. The venue was also perfect for our needs.
