The convenient location, especially the reception that the young woman the night (smiling, and advising us very well). The rooms are simple but clean and practical.
Cons by big problems of water pressure at the flow toilets and water at the sink was very slow.

The absolute soundproofing of the rooms, the nearness of the station and DLR. What would not go amiss is a small fridge in each room for cold drinks

Clean bright lobby, nice breakfast, luggage room made available, rooms fair size with nice furnishings.
No twin rooms available had to share a bed with my mother, very disappointing service from ibis in that respect, light broken and flickering in bathroom, no complimentary toothpaste or wifi, things that could be improved at a low cost to the hotelier.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel well placed for our evening at the O2. Thoroughly enjoyed Greenwich area...loads of eateries..... Enjoyed Cafe Rouge....pleasant place to walkabout day or evening.
Will certainly book again.

Friendly Staff, Clean tidy hotel.
In a budget hotel you expect budget accomodation but room services were cut to the bone. Meagre supplies of tea and coffee, ultra cheap toilet paper and not even a waste bin in the bedroom. A hotel spoilt for a few pence!

Clean, comfortable.
Somebody managed to get my room number and ring up to my room. It was unwarrented and made me feel vulnerable. Far better that one of the staff at the desk relayed the request to me, and not passed on my room number.
