MEANS OF GETTING TO THE HOTEL WERE AMPLE I.E. CATAMARAN @ SOUTH QUAYS. LOCATION TO THE O2 ARENA EXCELLENT. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND A FEELING OF BEING IN A 5 STAR HOTEL, AS THE DECOR IS SUPERB. FLEXIBLE STAFF ON HAND TO HAPPILY GIVE ME INFORMATION. VERY PLEASANT STAFF INDEED!AIR CON WAS A BOON. IF YOU SLEEP LIKE A LOG, THEN THE DLR WON'T KEEP YOU AWAKE! THAT SAID, I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN BUT WOULD ASK FOR A ROOM WITH A VIEW FACING THE CITY AS OPPOSED TO THE BACK/SIDE OF THE HOTAL. BOTH FOR THE VIEW AND NOISE REDUCTION. FINALLY, BOOKING ONLINE WAS EASY AS 123.

Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Tables in breakfast restaurant are dirty, and food was not fresh.

Due to lack of time I will write only things I was little bit unsatisfied with. The entrance door into my room slams very loudly. It may disturb other guests. Water flow very slowly from a shower rose. But these are very minor issues.

Overall the hotel is very nice, however the staff do not match up to the standard of the hotel, they were rude and very unhelpful. Would stay here again due to the fabulous rate we got and the location for the O2 Arena (only good if you use the tube as a taxi is rather pricey).

Nice hotel, gym and pool was good.nice size room although was quite warm with the air conditioning being pretty useless but was ok.

The beds in this hotel are terrible, and the staff does not know what service is. It lokks they are angry all the time. No Smile, nothing. I did not feel welcome!!
