Good central position. A special mention for Abdul the chef and Marissa? the lovely Thai girl who waited in the dining room at breakfast, they were helpful and very friendly and made a great start to the day!

- WiFi access from room was out of order for 1 day (Nov 6th). It was absolutely inconvenient.
- I ordered room service, but knife and fork were not served. I requested them by phone, but no one brought.

Mold in the bathroom. Stop bath was removed with a spoon. Bed poor quality. Resstaurant not quite at the hotel.

Location is ok although is 5 minutes walk from the Tube station.
After upgrading to an executive suite they put me into a smaller room with weared off furniture from ages ago, i complained and they ignored me saying all the executive rooms are smaller than the normal rooms because they have a bigger bathroom. In my three weeks stay they haven't cleaned the outside windows so what you see when you open the courtains is a patch of dirty rain stings in the glass.
