Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel

Good service. Car parking available. Central location. Found it difficult to access as the one way system was complicated.

Really enjoyed the stay and our bay windowed view over the Liver building, church and river was a fabulus bonus. All staff were really pleasant/helpful and I would recommend the hotel to others I chose the hotel for both rates and location. Less expensive but different location was rejected! see question below

I felt that the room we had was very small for an executive. The noise at 6am from the bar emptying bottle bins woke us up both mornings. A liitle dissapointed overall.

Great location and views over the mersey. Glad it was booked through the eurobookings as we discovered how much we should have paid for an executive double and it was nearly double the price!

I stay at the Atlantic Tower by Thistle with 15 other girls on my hen night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only down point would be the size of the room, but was fine for 1 night stay. Would stay again if either visiting Liverpool again.

Wonderful room overlooking the Liver Buildng and Mersey. Good size room and fantastic 7'6" superking size bed. There was a problem with black slime around the base of the taps, overflow, bath handles etc. I brought this to the attention of the Duty Manager and it was thoroughly cleaned the following morning. It is not acceptable in any hotel let alone a 4*. I would stay agin though as it was very comfortable. Shame about the person who smoked in the bedroom on the 9th floor setting the fire alarm off at 05.45. This resulted in the total evacuation of the hotel.....a very rude awakening. I do hope this person was fined?
