Staff were friendly & helpful
Selected a smoking room when booking, on arrival we were told we couldnt have a smoking room because we had requested an extra bed. Room was extremely small for three people, have stayed in this hotel before in a triple room and the previous room was twice the size.

Location handy for our purposes. Clean and friendly. Brilliant breakfast
Was not informed on booking regarding car park belonging to hotel and had to use public car park!

Good location near Albert Docks, City Centre and new shopping centre
Executive Room upgrade disappointing compared to normal rate.
Room not very clean and only one glass in room on arrival (double room )
