Las habitaciones necesitan actualización, la calefacción no podía ser rechazado, así que las habitaciones han sido sofocante, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y goteaba toda la noche y sólo había un canal de televisión.

Estábamos allí para el festival de país, que fue un gran eventt

El personal no eran útiles y sobre todo personal de la cocina en brekfast mañana no fue una buena experiencia

El personal era muy amable y servicial. Es bonito tener una piscina cubierta que pudimos disfrutar en cualquier momento que queríamos y el desayuno que estaba incluido en el precio fue grande. La comida en el restaurante era precioso también.

La iluminación en las habitaciones era pobre que sería el único punto negativo, pero nos las arreglamos para el poco tiempo que donde hay.

El personal era muy amable y servicial en general. Barfood se modificó para adaptarse a nuestro pedido y apreciamos eso.

There was a wedding on when I booked in. I commented to the receptionist that I hoped I wouldnt be awake all night with noise. she said that I was on the second floor and should be fine. When I went to bed that night there was dreadful music on directly below. There couldnt have been a bedroom in between the function /bar area and my room as I could hear every single word the "singer" was saying and "singing". When I tried to call reception to see what time it would finish the phone did not work. There were boyracers driving like loonatics up and down the road til about 1.30am and I would have liked the reception to phone the gardai to get them to move on. I had asked for an early breakfast and was informed that the dining room would be open from 7.30. There were a number of us waiting in the hall til 7.50 when they eventually opened the breakfast. I only wanted a cereal breakfast and even if the hot food was not ready they should have opened the room for starting to eat. There were more people anxious because they were also running late due to the delayed start. I didnt not express my disapointment on check out as I didnt have time because of the delay. Also the power in the shower was super but there was no thermostatic control working and it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. YOu couldnt use it and had to bath instead. My friend in the next room was roasting even with the heater turned off while I woke up cold a number of times through the night. She couldnt believe the difference in temperatures in the rooms. The alarm clock didnt work and the bedside light didnt work either. There was a light dust on many surfaces otherwise it was very clean. There doesnt seem to be a designated smoking area either so you have to come through a cloud of smoke while people stand at the front door of the hotel and the whole reception area smells of smoke when you are going up to the bedrooms.

Buena zona de aparcamiento, cena en el restaurante de selección muy buena y buena para el desayuno.

Ventanas en la habitación 116 unidades de doble acristalamiento necesidad de sustituir el mayor número de otras ventanas en todo el hotel, el olor a humedad en el pasillo de los dormitorios y en el baño.
