Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, centrally located, good value for money, friendly staff.

Can't think of anything we didn't like - it's a beautiful hotel in a great location. Service was exceptional and the price very reasonable.

The reception at the reception was perfect and the rest in the room surprised me.

We have preferred to have breakfast away, maybe this would be too low season prices necessary.

Breakfast particularly rich and especially the loose tea is rare. Impeccable service, a little long in the bar.

Room service: a part of the towels were indeed removed but not replaced and the toilet paper was not refilled, and not the pajamas folded.

I think a bit snooty persomalen occur in the situation myself and my partner came in. We were struck out namely air suspension due to volcanic ash. It was not willing to help for 5 cents. they showed not the slightest understanding of our situation. Tex, I asked if there was any possibility. stay one more night. This would be the first to have betydlgt more than paid by the booking I made through you. It demanded that we decided at once even though it had more rooms available. No staff was not professional. I can mention that I live by the service about 60 + nights a little privacy on hotels so I know how others behave.

PERFECT POSITION. THE STAFF AND WE HAVE VERY AIMABLE IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOUSE HOTEL. THE LIBRARY BAR IS BEAUTIFUL. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST

The facility, the compilation of equipment, refurbishing the rooms are compared with what I've seen in other Tulips. The equipment is more like a 3 dr-star hotels.
