Einfach alles...vom Hotel aus mit wenigen Schritten direkt in die Altstadt...direkt zum See. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir nur eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten. Wir waren in zwei Doppelzimmer untergebracht, die gemütlich, modern und sauber waren. Wir werden wieder nach Konstanz reisen und bestimmt wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Location was excellent - close to the station and to the old town. Breakfast was excellent although not included in the quoted rate. Our room had a bath/shower. Wifi was available at a marginal extra cost

Very friendly and efficient.
The hotel is a bit dated in terms of carpets, decoration. It would need some renovation.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds with nice linens/duvets. Great location for convenience with train station & ferries.
We were on the first floor and there was a lot of street noise at night especially from idling tour buses in front of the hotel, and train station.

A very nice and well appointed hotel in an ideal location with views across the lake. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good value. A good choice of hotel which I would recommend to others
On the second day (Sunday) the room was not made up until after 15:30 when prompted by me, even though I had been out all day since 08:30 in the morning.
