The Hotel Halls and room capret was not clean. In addion the room was not good value at 995Kr (€133) breakfast not included!

The only coment I want to give is that the reception ordered a big taxi at ten o clock in the evening for a transport at five o clock in the morning. In stead of one big taxi came two small taxis of which one was parked around the corner of the hotel. It seems that the hotel co-operates with a local taxi company that do not have the capacity to supply the taxi we desired. I suppose that in a city like copenhagen there are several taxi companies with taxis with seats for 5 people.

Too many guests wanting to checkout in time for early departure by shuttle bus to airport, too few hotel staff availible, should have been more.
