Best Western Plus Airport Hotel Copenhagen

I called from the airport about shuttle bus; was told 5:45pm, then it didn't show up. Called again and was told 6:15, this time it showed up. I asked for walking directions and not enough information was provided to walk.

Perfectly OK. The information about the location is misleading. Was about to start walking from the terminal which i do not recomend.

I was very safisfied with the hotel and staff, everybody was very helpfull and polite.

This hotel is good - the only thing that bothered me was the room was much too hot. We did not notice any airconditon - and that is not good - it was very hot during the night.... but other than that it was good.

All fine, rather quiet, yet nearby the airport with good shuttle service. You just forgot to fill the soap dispenser in the shower

Would rather think it was a 3-star than a 4-star Hotel

Price quality ratio is not in balance. But I believe that this is a matter of demand and supply. Close airport --> High price.

Just stayed here for 6 hours - had to take an early flight. I think the hotel is good, but it was difficult to find the shuttle to the hotel at the airport and there should be more clear mapping at the airport about the location of the hotel
