Reasonable quality accommodation.
Reception rang and woke me up even though or because of having "do not disturb" on my door. I had been working on a night shift so was disappointed to receive a call at mid-day asking me if I was sure I didn't want my room cleaning.
Lift was dirty.
Cooked breakfast not available early enough.

Very modern, light and airy.
Some staff seemed to be having difficulty with the language. Did'nt seem to undertand there was more than one type of red or white wine !

Everything was clean and tidy, staff were polite and helpful.
I was staying here specifically to get closer to the London Underground to get to the other side of London for an early start on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was included in the price (contintental/buffet) but nothing told me that the restaurant opened later than I needed to leave, and there was no room service or packed option.

Food and staff were excellent
I would have liked a drawer to keep our underwear and socks in.

I enjoyed the breakfast, The room was comfortable and quiet.
The staff had checked me into a disabled room so we had to change rooms i may have got my booking wrong? the sofa had a soil on it in the room. The staff were also questioniing the credit card deatils and they got it wrong in the end not too please with my check in think the guy was called EJ? or TJ
