Convenience to the airport
Yes, the desk clerk told us there was an Italian buffet, but there was one, only for the crew of Air China as it was closed to the public when we were there.

I prefer the Terminal 4 Hilton because it is, for a larger hotel, more intimate, "brighter," and more friendly than others. The concierge service was excellent.
The outer looking rooms are especially cheerful and recuperative after long flights, as are the first floor bar and restaurants
The inward looking rooms, perhaps inevitably, are too dark, too open to view from the inward looking rooms on the other side of the building and make one feel like you're back in airplane. They should be remodeled and re-lighted so that they're more cheerful with the drapes closed, necessary for privacy.
