The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and helpful. The executive lounge was great for me as I was on my own.
I think I was next to a store room and was woken many times during the night by someone using it.

It was just so handy to the airport...ie walk, under cover. Then in the morning we used the free hotel buggy for a lift to the airport as we had suit cases. We actually went for the walk to the airport the night before just to familiarize ourselves with the airport. The chinese restaurant downstairs was really good too!

I arrived early and, so that I could be accommodated immediately, I was given a top class room on the 5th floor for only a small extra charge. Staff were very helpful with luggage and advice.

I had problems with your computers and printing boarding passes, staff noticed and could not have been more helpful, working with me until problem was resolved.
