Main reason for choosing Russ Hill Hotel: Facilities
We have stayed at the Russ hill before and found it very handy to use as an overnight stay and leave the car while away on holiday. The staff are friendly helpful, and although a little pricey the dinner was quite good. We would use the Russ Hill again when traveling from Gatwick.
Last time my Husband and I stayed the twin beds were reasonably comfortable, but this time the double bed in our room was terrible! sagging in the middle, Springs sticking up all over the place so we had a terrible sleep, This bed needs throwing away!

Friendly and helpful staff the food was good you sold carling larger my favorate pint bar area was good cleaners were friendly will come back again
The men that drove the buses just need to slow down a bit they are abit fast for me

Everything. The rooms are poor quality and very basic, the bus's only run hourly through night and we ended up paying £17 for a taxi ,when we arrived they had a powercut and we had to find our way to the car without any light, surely someone could of accompanied us with a torch?

Value for money hotel for one night stay over and good priced restaurant and bar. The bus service and parking were also good.
Bus runs only once an hour, not as stated on eurobookings website. Also eurobookings website stated that transfers were included, when we ended up getting charged an additional £6 per person.

Ability to leave car. The bar and restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful.
The room we stayed in was a joke. It smelled foul, the shower didn't work, it was claustrofobic and the bed was uncomfortable. I thought the attitude of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. The man in the parking reception had an unfortunate manner.

We chose to park our car at the hotel while we went on holiday. They did advise that they may need to move our car at some point, however we did not expect it to be as far away from where we parked it originally, down a very very bumpy dirt track in pitch darkness, only being told that the car was in that area and not given a specific place for it to be. Not good after a long day and flight.

The restaurant - food and staff fantastic.
Enjoyed the location. Close enough to the airport but "in the country".
Fabulous. Good chill out time before forward journey out of Heathrow.
Perhaps needs a bit of tlc around the edges. e.g. carpet in bedroom looking a bit threadbare.

Good location
We had no hot water in the shower. This was raised at checkout and shrugged off by the receptionist saying 'we'll look into it' No offer of permitting us to use another room to clean ourselves.
