Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London

Staff were very friendly and helpful - more so than one might expect. Hotel was on the noisy side due to people being allowed drink in the corridor outside the bar close to midnight. Moved room after first night. Second room (3rd floor) was in need of rennovation.

Better than my previous stays. This time I was welcomed back and given a free drinks voucher.

My husband and I have not have this level of service for a very long time. The staff were extremely helpful, and cheerful and went out of their way to be of service. I even called the Duty Manager on the day we left to tell her of our very pleasant experience. As an example, our heating was not working and after calling the desk the serviceman was there within five minutes and fixed the problem. The restaurant staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. And, the hotel had a very nice atmosphere. Well done and we will return.

THe free internet connection was very poor, slow and cut out frequently. I was disappointed to find inspite of using my phone card, I was still paying a lot of money for calls from my room. You should put a warning that you intend to charge for any calls made from the room. Most other hotels I have stayed have phone card calls at a low cost of a local call only

Good hotel located very close to Heathrow with good efficient bus service to door from airport. In my case ideal for overnight stay awaiting early morning flight to South East Asia. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Late services were top notch. Convenient location near airport.
