The service was excellent! We were supplied with an extra bed for my daughter at no extra cost. Very polite staff.

I liked the ability of the staff to cope well with all questions and requests.
I needed minimal disturbance during the stay. This was fine with the staff.
Location, at the airport... a double edged sword... very good for flying in and out of London, more difficult for visiting the city. I needed to do all of these things.
I got a good rate by booking in advance through Eurobookings, when compared to the price this hotel charged, on the day, on its own web site (I checked, just to see). I wouldn't have considered staying at the hotel at its own prices.
I did rather blanch at the prices of room service, although the service itself was fine.

Warm welcome
The fact that it took the H53 Hoppa 30 minutes to reach Terminal 5 in the morning, and busses only came every 30 minutes - I stayed in your hotel because I had an early start!
