Friendly staff, comfort. Location is good for the purpose, near to the airport.
No fridge in the room and the shower does not have enough hot water. The taxi arranged by the hotel for the airport was not actually a taxi and did not come on time. The reception did not advise the taxi fare in advance. The taxi driver advised that it was 16 pounds fixed price and insisted for a tip on top of it at the end of the journey.

1.It's quite near the airport. 2.The receptionists are friendly and kind. 3.The room is very clean. 4.There is a shuttle from and to the airport.

When i got to the hotel late at night, my reservation wes not on the computer. Appearantly the cancelled it because i didnt show up early.

The food and the catering staff were excellent
No way did the room look like the brochure, too small, smelt, shower flooded, receptionist did not have a good enough understanding of the English language to be able to help with a question and at one stage there were 3 male staff standing around while an elderly couple stuggled with their bags. A charge of 2 pound for one local ph call was also a bit over the top.

The accomodation was adequate if very compact. The additional bed was a foldout and ok for one night and provided the user is hardy. The signpost to the hotel needs improvement.

THe staff were very freindly and helpfull.

Hotel is clean and tidy although only part of it is served by a lift which when travelling with large suitcases and only small narrow corridors with winding stairs is a bit of a task when your room is on the second floor!

Good quality food and drinks at teasonable prices.
OOn previous visits my bill is paid upon leaving but this time I was charged a deposit which was well over the night's fee meaning a refund had to be done. I didn't like this way at all.
