Mercure London Heathrow Hotel

Il a été très proche de l'aéroport, service de bus était très bon et ponctuel comme l'avait fait un vol tôt le matin.

La politesse, de la Famille. l'environnement, de convivialité, un excellent service, la tranquillité, de la nourriture dans la possibilité de chambre, un excellent service. Service à la clientèle avec un sourire.

Pour abolir la charge du service de chambre comprimé chargée 4 euros!.

Tout était ok.

Bon hôtel détendue. Good value for money.

Mis à part un endroit pour rester il ya pas grand chose à faire à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.

Good value for money. Connexion efficace à l'aéroport.

Chambres un peu fatigués. Manque de connexion WiFi gratuite. La sélection alimentaire plus large dans le menu de fin de soirée.

Pas de remontées mécaniques - et sinueux couloirs étroits et valise très lourde. Trop long sur le bus de l'aéroport - ont pris plus d'une demi heure .. salle de bain était dégueulasse - pas d'eau chaude pour la douche lendemain .. chambre avait une odeur .. et il était très petite et trop cher pour ce qu'il était ..

Le personnel semblait submergé par plus de deux ou trois clients à la réception. Il a fallu près de 30 minutes pour arriver à l'avant de la ligne pour le check-in. Ils semblaient être en utilisant des méthodes de vérification datée. Globalement, je n `y rester encore.

To be honest I didn't think it was a very pleasant experience at all and I doubt I'll be back unless I can't find anywhere else to stay. The carpark is an absolute disgrace and the cobbles nearly wrecked my car let alone my shoes and it was impossible to walk to my car if I was wearing any sort of a heel. How can you call this a car park? The restaurant staff weren't particularly helpful and friendly. The menu choices were a disgrace. I ordered a vegetarian caesar salad which is exactly what was advertised on the menu and it arrived with anchovies. What kind of a vegetarian eats anchovies??? What kind of a chef thinks a vegetarian meal should include anchovies??? It was disgusting and I complained to the restaurant manager that evening but he just shrugged. I was so tired after my journey I decided he wasn't worth any more of my time and went to bed. The breakfast menu was inadaquate for a vegetarian and I was forced to either eat elsewhere; which wasn't an option as the hotel location is near Heathrow but nowhere near any decent restaurants so was reduced to paying to eat a bowl of fruit and warm yogurt. The coffee, which was held in flasks, again, what happened to fresh coffee??? - was also cold and when I politely asked the waitress if I could have warm coffee she looked and me and walked away. Was she ignorant or perhaps she didn't understand me? I'm not sure but I never did get hot, fresh coffee. While I found the bed comfortable enough it was far too short for my 6'2" husband who didn't sleep for the entire three nights due to this. The bathroom was more like a cubby hole and the towels (One bath towel for two adults...come on, I know Europe is in recession but can't you run to a towel each???), well the towels were so hard I didn't know if I was supposed to dry myself or give myself a bikini wax with them. I can tell you that in my capacity as a journalist and former travel writer I have travelled and stayed in a wide variety of hotels and The Comfort Hotel does not live up to its name...it is UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Had I not been there for three days due to a family emergency where I had more important things on my mind, I would have quickly made it my business to check out and move on. I had paid for this hotel in advance and I will not make that mistake again.
