Friendly approach by staff.

Very satisfied. Reception, service: fine. room was as expected.

Following a complaint about noise from the upstairs neighbors, there was direct action taken and the inconvenience disappeared.

Electric heating is very localized not comfortable temperature.

The heerliijke luxury bed and the next day (we stayed 2 nights) everything is clean.

The location was convenient because I only had the UZ, the next day, so I can nominate as positive. Otherwise, I would go not just book the hotel. Surprisingly, 10% discount that I got for my appointment at the hospital.

12.07.2010-entry seems a bit tricky to find, above the wing (left) and its restaurant, so you can see this not as fast as reception! Only when you walk by and then a small sign that you should report to reception there! Room: It was very cold when we arrived in the room .. I first half hour of running up my coat, and put the heater on 4. (Full dared not immediately turning) When I really wanted to warm my bed steps, a bath before I went, it was unfortunately not hot, but it was slightly warm water! Also heater in the bathroom I find poor-every 7 minutes! In winter, this hotel is not recommended! View of industry is also terrible! Bed was okay! but narrow at the side wall! It might be a good hotel for workers or truck drivers on the road, but definitely not for holiday! I traveled with my mother, that I can not enter the next screen, which is why I sign here! (Choose option "with friends")
