The privacy and the room

There was nobody to welcome us at our arrival time. We had to go to the neighbouring hotel to wake someone to get our key for our room.

A place on the first floor was converted into a downstairs room with no elevator access was better run ons.We be difficult.

My father (85 years) is diabetic and had just one attack in Ghent (of too little sugar) had. This can be solved by sweets to take what we had with us. This allowed the sugar levels come back, so that we transport to the hotel could go. Such an attack is still an unpleasant face, heavy sweating and unsteady on the legs. Around 23.00 hours (I think) we arrived at the hotel. Once there again threatened a sugar deficit (our stock was sweet). We're here to sit in the launch and asked for a bottle of juice (of course fee), there was very difficult onsymphatiek redone (a male employee). It was (at) closing, therefore, I mentioned there that we would not long remain seated, just a few sips from the bottle and then leave. Hardly continue to do so and refer to a machine, so when we looked at that bottle to my father again and began to perspire heavily. After I got irritated over gives me the bottle. This testifies not friendly behavior. For other staff, praise.

It was very nice there.

Hot spot could be better, the Internet connection was very weak. For some time it was practically off. Some electric jug would be usefull, too.

I'm glad I know that was a kettle in the room.

We arrived at about 11:00. It was prepared for and no room is Ok. But we have not come log I found something bad where we were already there.

Clean, wonderful bed, convenient and helpful friendly staff. They did the very best with what they had.

Quality of food was disappointing. (Did not include this in the scoring.) Sodium glutamate in the soup? The Hotel really needed refurbishment. This was admitted to by one of the very helpful staff. Come on Campanile, hurry up and get back to being the best of the low cost hotels.
