Airport location was very convenient and the price we paid made it quite economical to stay there when you consider taxis or hotel transport which can be expensive and very time consuming.
We tried the Asian restaurant near reception and we found the standard of food no better than the average restaurant and some of it worse. Not very good for a hotel like this. The cost of the meal was more than the cost of staying there. If it had been good that would not have been a problem. The a la carte in the Hilton is of a much higher standard.

I like that the hotel is in the airport between terminals and it is not necessary to go outside or walk a long distance. The perfect location. I have also stayed at the Hilton at Gatwick but trying to find the entrance to the hotel was a nightmare and they have the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in - the executive room beds are even wore!

I was happy to stay here and being in the airport was fantastic,no shuttle buses etc. I found the bed extremely comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep !!

The helpfullness of the staff - for example I broke the handle of my bag and the Concierge repaired it on request.
