Ideal location for the airport of course and the rooms were cosy, warm, quiet and very comfortable.
Only one of us could connect his laptop to the internet. The brochure told us we'd have to pay to have access to the internet from my laptop as well. I thought that was quite ridiculous for such a hotel.

Good reception inter personal skilled staff.
The Wi-Fi internet service is CRAP! It did not work at the speed expected of a multi- starred establishment . A total dead loss service.

Convenient location We know the hotel Normally we love the Oriental Restaurent
Yes, we arrive late pm and were unable to get a restaurant meal. The room service menu after 11:30 pm was unsatisfactory The cost of a room service sandwich was near £20 We returned to the airport to buy sandwiches etc at a reasonable price. The new tv wasn't working
