When coming by bus from Heathrow with luggage it is not easy, because there are no trolleys available

The staff are always so helpful, and at the reduced cost this year while staying at the hotel, makes it just so handy to walk straight into the airport when having early flights! We already have a room booked for our overnight stay in september en route to our canadian trip. As all hotels we do find the drinks etc; expensive, but your staff are always so helpful and obliging it makes us want to come back each time, be it briefly!

My meal in the grill room was par excellence. Also the hotel is so near the North Terminal - a bonus for those of us who come via National Express but the double glazing is so good that you would never know!

Location for guests arriving late at night, due to delayed flightand reception by staff. Good and plentiful breakfast - onward travel after stay in hotel.
