The kind and considerate mnner in your staff dealt with our early arrival at the hotel and gave us our room when we arrived.
I did not like having to pay £1 to obtain a luggage trolley to convey my luggage to the other terminal

Close to airpoprt - very convenient. The logic of requiring your receptionist to greet everybody with "Bonjour" but she doesn't speak French escapes me

Everything, always a good stay, just so convenient when tired and travelling, we had travelled from LA to Hrow and were exhausted, a good night's sleep before onward to Madrid. Thank you.

I liked the hotel so much, the location was fantastic, there was no need for bags with adventure anywhere. The hotel is really cozy and comfortable feel.
Actually, there were only two little stories which we liked. The first was the television which was far too small, old-fashioned looking and poorly placed and not agreed with the hotel's luxurious image and price. I think a little bigger, a flat panel TV that would be placed in the roof space would be better and it would be easier to watch in bed. Another thing I missed was bidesuihku.
