The wonderful beds!
Loved the indoor pool, but too shallow.
Location was good for an early flight and we could walk into the terminal.
The hotel hallways were painted so dark, it was a very dingy feeling. The carpets were really dirty.
The hotel needs a brighter feel to it.

Location for making a morning flight, from the same terminal, was ideal. Staff was friendly and helpful (particularly with advice on returning a rental car, which was a short walk from the hotel).
The AC did not work reliably (a problem with the fan, requiring several hours for the temperature to adjust fully), making the room uncomfortable. The restaurant was wildly overpriced and distressingly mediocre, with a very limited menu, after 10 days of fine Italian cuisine.

The location suited me as I had to just walk into Terminal 1. Such a stress free departure. There is not a lot around the airport so bear this in mind. Travel to the hotel is easy with either train ( right at the hotel entrance) os airport bus to T1.Rooms were extremely comfortable, down pillows, etc. Booking last minute on Eurobookings was a bargain for the level of quality, comfort and service at this hotel. Staff were extremely efficient and courteous. Highly recommend to avoid a stressful trip to Malpensa on your departure day!
One of the power points next to the bed could not be used. it caused the lights in the hall to flash. if you needed to plug in your laptop there was no lamp. Staff attended to this fairly promptly. Not a big deal to me but may annoy fussy travelers. Limited choice as there is only one restaurant, but the food was good.
