Everyone at the hotel was having a quite time. The food was good and the breakfast was very good. All the staff was very polite and well dressed. (smart).
Apart from a little noise while in the room from people going through the passageway joining doors, I enjoyed my two nights stay. Maybe a soft closer could be fitted.

Helpful staff and pre book price excellent, bar open til late and food available ie pizza.
Bar prices too expensive and could be a bit more choice for breakfast.

There is a misunderstanding at the reception desk about my booking which I found very embarrassing.

Excellent and quick service, very clean room and kids bed already made up.
Did not like no wifi access in bedroom since your advert states free wifi, it did not specifically state no bedroom access.

It was a very nice hotel and was made to feel welcome although was not many staff and could do with a bit more atmosphere.
As there was not many staff and there are always problems with the cards to enter the rooms i carried my heavy bag all the way to second floor and right to other end of corridor and the card didnt work so then had to go all the way back, why give me a room so far when hotel was pretty much empty.
