Peace and quiet as always excellent service
The staff were hard to come by at the reception desk but when they do attend their service is excellent

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Like the check out time as not too early.
The foyer and bar area was extremely cold. Maybe air conditioning needs to bed regulated as to how many customers/guests are using that area.

Helpful staff
Something the hotel had no control over - unruly african family, six badly behaved children running round restaurant and throwing food around at sunday breakfast

We had a very comfortable stay at your Dartford hotel and in particular your member of staff called Preeti. She was a very pleasant, helpful and friendly lady and nothing was too much trouble.
