The staff, particularly in the restaurant, were extremely helpful.
The free wifi in the lobby was lousy. It came and went. Mostly went.

From the moment I walked in the front entrance I noticed a difference.
Sorry the place has lost it's sparkle.
It did not feel as organised, looked cluttered and altogether needs a a makeover.
Staff were courteous. Bed was comfy, room carpet needsreplaced.
tv's could use an update.
Hotel is in the perfect location for airport, so I will use again.
However sadly I miss Park Plaza's atmosphere.

Tissues, had 2 in box.

I chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport because I had an early morning flight and would have had to leave my home before 5.00am to be there in time.The hotel was fine no complaints I would stay again.

Location to airport and free carparking.
I had paid extra to upgade to a premier room, the room i got i would call basic, i was disappointed! i was too tired to question if i had the right room or not! i didnt like the seperate toilet, it was very old fashioned and reminded me of being at an old peoples home with the bumpy wallpaper! the staff were pleasant but not welcoming enough. i would reccomend hotel only on basis of great location and free carparking.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helful when informed that toilet in 1st room was leaking.
Able to book in early
Parking free
Attended wedding in hotel, food service poor, food cold as gaps in service.
Ordered wine which did not arrive. Had to go to the bar and get a bottle cause fed up waiting for waitress to bring one
