Very convenient for early flight from airport. Staff were most friendly and welcoming.. although we did not eat there, we did have s couple of drinks in the bar and appreciated the deal on the cocktails before 8'o clock. Also the tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff very helpful,proximity to Airport,hassle free.
I found the mattress hard but my wife found it okay so work that one out.

I did not stay at the Maldron Hotel Belfast on 14th Feb. because the event I was to attend in the hotel was cancelled. The Hotel reservation was also cancelled.

The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient at all times. The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed staying there. We have stayed on a number of occasions before heading off on holiday. Front of House Manager Emmett was an excellent ambassador for your hotel.

I was travelling out from the airport early in the morning, so we stayed overnight in the hotel. For us the location was ideal, the price was satisfactory and the room was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. We had a snack in the Bar. The service was good and the sandwiches we ordered were satisfactory
Yes. Because we were leaving before Breakfast was served we paid at reception for Continental Breakfast in the Room at 6.00am. It was AWFUL and NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Although served on time it was only a fraction of what was ordered, and some of what was there was not what was ordered. When the remainder was brought the Hotel Manager would have been APPALLED.

It's convenience to the airport.
The rooms we've had on our last two stays look a bit grubby and dated. Breakfast is very expensive.

Location to sirport
Food poor and drink selection awful. Would be better having a larger bar area( which needs updating as it is very tired) and seving better bar meals from it , instead of trying to have a formal restaurant. The wine list is terrible , ended up ordering exactly the same bottle of wine we had had in a different hotel the night before which was £15 more expensive in this hotel!!
