Likes, the position of the hotel in relation to the airport and the comfort of the hotel.
My wife has difficulty with getting up and down stairs, the absence of lifts to the rooms was of some discomfort to her. Ramps or lifts would make getting around allot easier. Which seems strange thar a ramp is provided foe access to the main doors but not up or down to the rooms.

Bathroom had pubic hairs on floor from previous occupants; that was just gross.

Nice music in the lobby, location ot the airport and to the bus station
Towels were too small, bed was too hard, the front desk clerk was not very nice or helpful, we felt we were wasting her time. The WiFi only worked in the hall near the front desk and in the front desk area so you had to be out of your room to be able to Skype which is in a public area.
