Used the hotel often before, mainly because of the proximity to the terminals.
The facilities are comfortable & clean.
On the desk, "Chris" was particularly helpful and efficient.
When we arived from our flight, we had to wait a long time in the cold before a courtesy bus finally arrived.
Although we were given a number to ring for the bus, no one was available to answer the call!
We are in our 70's and would have liked the opportunity to have a ground floor room. Instead, we had to struggle up flights of stairs with quite heavy luggage.

Closeness to the airport
Slight hiatus re breakfast misunderstanding and poor record keeping in that I sid I wanted to pay for breakfast at 10euros instead of 15 in morning. receptionist did not take payment at that time so when I went to breakfast restaurant had no note of my request. Resoled amicably but a nuisance at the time,

We had to queue for at least 20mts to check in. Also there was an hour wait for the dining room. Good for the clarion, obviously very busy despite the recession. Our room was very comfortable and spotless.

We had to go without breakfast - but it was 5 am when we left.

Friendly receptionists and bar staff.
I am disabled and booked the room as "accessible". I still had to clamber over the wide edge of a fancy, slippy bath to get to the shower and the shower controls were so stiff as to be almost impossible to operate. The room should not be sold as accessible unless there is level access shower and very easy shower controls.
