Fantastic facilities for the price....2 minutes from Eurotunnel and 1 minute from Cité L'Europe shopping centre. Our 2nd stay here, and is now the only hotel we will use in the area.

Warm room this time and no faults with the tv channels and films .
On last stay had to request move to next door hotel due to faulty TV reception

Room size good, bed very comfortable. Very clean. Location ideal for travelling through tunnel.
A bit on the expensive side particularly as breakfast not included

The young man on the reception desk was a great help when we arrived and sorted out some problems with our booking
The hotel was a great disappointment since we were looking forward to a stay in a Novotel. The carpets in the corridor were filthy. The room was a flashy mix of plastic fittings with the air of a caravan. The toilet smelt of urine and there were inadequate supplies of tea and coffee. The breakfast was a waste of money. We would have been better off staying the adjacent Ibis. All in all, it was a horrible experience.

Very clean, comfortable good quality room with free wifi. only 5 minutes from the tunnel
Could do with restaurant although there is a good choice only a 10 minute walk away at the cite de Europe complex

The convenience of not having to travel into Calais from the tunnel crossing.
Plenty of space to park the car,
We thought the price was a bit high for a one night stop (£94 .50) especially as it did not include breakfast. It was less we would probably come more often.
