Very helpul staff.
Unable to connect to interenet, anywhere in the hotel. Some breakfast items burnt yet coffee less than hot, if offered a refill.

The service of the member of staff during check in was excellent and she was very helpful. All staff were pleasant and corteous. The location was convenient and the linked reduction from Millenium was very good

It was a fantastic venue, the bedrooms were massive and very comfortable. Its location was great for the bay and myself and 6 friends who stayed there all had a wonderful time. The breakfast was also really good which is often not the case in other hotels. Will most definatly stay again. In fact we have a night coming up in Oct!

The hotel had a very welcoming feel. The room and facilities were fabulous. It is in a very good location, not too far from the Bay to make it too far to get there on foot.

Simple no fuss reception - rooms comfortable
1) I arrived just before 10pm on a Sunday night. The bar was open, but I couldn't get food there, I had to get it as "room service".
2) Breakfast mediocre, and service poor. Two staff on duty, but long periods when no-one was present in the dining room.
