We had an exceelent stay. We were running in the Cardiff half-marathon. It was very good of the management to extend our leaving time to 3pm . All in all, we had an excellent time

It was convenient to Cardiff Bay. The rooms were an ample size with two queen size beds in them and they were clean. The tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated.
We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to friends
The breakfast was pricey for its standard.

The Staff where very friendly and helpful.
The room was very expensive for the facilities it provided. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The sheets were creased the pillows smelt. There was dust on all the furniture.

The staff were efficient and cheerful and, best of all, greeted everyone with a smile. They appear to enjoy their job which makes for a fine atmosphere.
We have been using the hotel for several years now and the decoration is getting a little tired. That is not a complaint: it is merely to suggest that a more modern wallpaper in the rooms would improve the experience of staying.

Firstly i would like to apologise for the late review.
Icould not fault your hotel in any way at all,the staff were all very polite and very helpful.The rooms are excellent and very clean and comfortable.This is the second time i have stayed at the future inn and would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in cardiff.
