位置很方便。酒店设施也很好，酒店有古老的历史气息。

接待员的态度不好，但是可以理解因为我checkin时候已经很晚了他肯定也累了。

Most things but room too noisy - more insulation appropriate. Tea cups need to be much more elegant in bedrooms!

Large room; friendly staff

I was really annoyed with the car park system. When I checked out (on time) I explained that I wanted to spend a couple of hours finishing some work before leaving. I was told to pay an extra 8 pounds which I did. However, the company hired to police the car park attached a very rude letter to my hire car telling me to call a number (a letter I noticed on the way to the airport tucked under my wiper blade). This number did not pick up but instead linked to a message saying they would call me back to tell me how much I had to pay and asking for my car reg etc. Since I had already returned the car by the time I read the letter (and I was in fact queuing at a departure gate) I found this really irritating. The only explanation is that the company was hovering in the carpark and did not check to see if I had renewed my parking.

No air conditioning. No fan in room until asked three times. Poor or no effective sound proofing.

Staff were helpful.

Very shabby,dated room with dirty window and old net curtains. They only have six "renovated" rooms. Can't see why it would take so long to upgrade the rest of the rooms - unless those rooms are used as a decoy to attract guests!

The location, walk distance to every attraction and shops

The shower is too small, breakfast needs upgrading

The staff was very helpfull and nice

Room 321- the bed is terrible (it's not flat), we couldn't sleep

Comfortable bed and room service meal was very nice.

My room was extremely hot even when I opened the window

Superb location to all colleges. Beautiful view of lawn next to the hotel. You can feel history everywhere in the hotel.

The facilities in the room is pretty basic and a bit "tired".
