I liked breakfast.
First, when I came, the heating (radiators) didn't work. Staff gave me a heater. It is unaccetable!
Next morning, power supply went out. Nothing worked, except faint light in the room. Terrible!
In the evening, I changed room and moved to another one.
I've never experienced something like that in my life.

Location.
Internet service did not function in the whole hotel (which is supposed to be a free of charge service). The PC in the lobby was extremely slow (almost not usable).

The staff were friendly and recognised me from my last visit.
The internet connection was poor and as a result, I cannot stay there this month as it is absolutely imperative that I can rely on the internet for the summit.

Nothing
That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. To come unfriendly staff, location in a unsafe area with public transportation and no way to Miami. The only option was an expensive taxi or bus, which is however more than 2 hours on the road.

Staff were fine but could have been more welcoming.We were pleased with the room. It was clean & beds were comfortable. and there was a daily maid service. You had to pay for coffee in the rooms. There was also a mini bar. BBC1 was the only English station on the TV.
The inclusive American breakfast had an excellent choice of cold food but also offered scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon. Very please with the cost of the stay.
Coffee was made before guests arrive for breakfast & was not always hot enough.
The decore of the hotel is OK but not worthy of 4 Start status.
Rooms are not sound proofed as advertised but none the less the location was quiet yet only a few minutes walk from Schumann metro station which took you into the centre of Brusells.

The courtesy and friendliness of the staff were impeccable. In addition, the room was very quiet, clean, not new but the essentials were refurbished and this has increased the comfort. The hotel is located a short walk from the subway and the train station but also the main EU institutions.
