Cleaning is correct. The breakfast buffet is right for an offer of accommodation + breakfast (our case) but does not deserve to pay 22 EUR. In our case the value for money has been very interesting. It is very near the metro stop Schumann.
The decor of the room is not the one on the internet, the room furnishings are quite old but in good condition. The breakfast buffet is too expensive if not included.

I did get a snack maeal one evening. It tasted well, but the relation between food and the price and the presentation was not in balance. However, the waiter was very kind.

The hotel was perfectly adequate although felt a little shabby. The breakfast was of a poorer quality than I would have expected - the coffee was very poor (tasted like very strong instant coffee), the orange juice tasted diluted, and the cooked breakfast looked like it had been sitting there for a long time and looked inedible.
It was convenient for the metro and my meeting location and was very quiet.
As a British traveller, I am used to having tea and coffee making facilities in the actual bedroom. As there were none, I went down to reception to ask where I could get a cup of tea. I was directed to the restaurant but there was no-one around.
