Att ofta fick man "dra" kortet (nyckel) flrtalgånger i hissen innan det gick att trycka på våningsknappar.
Att baren inte var öppet 24 h som det stod i infoskyltar.

The staff were very pleasant, the room was spacious and clean and the hotel was ideally located for the centre of town. If I come to Brussels again, I would seriously consider staying at this hotel again - it was very good.
If I am being really pick (and this is picky), I thought the price of the breakfast was expensive - as a consequence, I ate out every morning.
