The hotel is very old and the rooms are poorly treated compared to 4 stars.
Breakfast is very rich and good.
Standard rooms at less than 4 stars, seems to have been too long since the last restructuring ...

Main reason for choosing Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel: Location
As we booked at the last minute(QUICK DASH TO CHELTENHAM) we found the thistle very comfortable and will come back again in the future maybe we will go to cheltenham next year
The city is beautiful thinking of going on holiday in the area this year
